The Cateran Trail, a 64 mile circular marked trail, passes through Blairgowrie , Strathardle , Glenshee , Alyth and Glenisla . Individual sections are popular for short walks. For the real enthusiast, the area boasts 12 Munros and Blairgowrie is a gateway to the Cairngorm National Park.
